- The durable Elmasonic xtra ST ultrasonic cleaner removes the most stubborn dirt and is particularly suitable for the most demanding industrial parts cleaning applications.
- Two ultrasonic frequencies can be selected: 25 kHz for stubborn dirt such as grinding and polishing pastes, resin deposits and adhesive residues. 45 kHz for gentle cleaning of sensitive materials.
- Durable oscillating tank made of high-quality stainless steel in welded design with increased wall thickness (2 mm). Sloped tank base for better draining of the cleaning fluid.
- User-friendly operation, splash-proof control panel for selecting the ultrasonic frequency, cleaning duration and temperature (30 °C - 80 °C).
- Three ultrasonic cleaning modes for the best cleaning results: Sweep: even distribution of ultrasonic power throughout the bath. Pulse: removes stubborn dirt by increasing the ultrasonic peak power. In addition, operational readiness (reaching the cavitation threshold) is optimised when fresh cleaning fluid has been added and after changing the basket (shortening the cleaning time). Dynamic: combines the Pulse and Sweep ultrasonic modes to increase the overall cleaning performance. The ultrasonic power is temporarily increased by up to 20 %. At the same time, the cleaning effect is enhanced by the even sound field distribution in the ultrasonic bath.
