Heating Boxes

(8 Article in 24 versions)

DENIOS heating boxes are specially designed for use at temperatures above 35 °C up to 150 °C. They are ideal for thermal processes in industry and production. Each heating box is equipped with 100 mm thick EI 120 insulation as standard and has an integrated drip tray, guaranteeing the highest safety standards.

DENIOS also offers suitable solutions for individual requirements or special areas of application.

Big Heating Boxes from DENIOS

DENIOS heating boxes are available in various designs that can be adapted to individual and application-specific requirements. This makes them ideal for meeting a wide range of requirements.

Control technology and programmability

What requirements does the desired heating process place on the control of the heating box?

Depending on what the heating process requires, whether

  • a consistently constant temperature,

  • different temperatures for different materials,

  • a temperature curve or

  • time-controlled switching on/off,

this results in different specifications for controlling the heating chamber.

From mechanical controllers to flexible PLCs, a wide variety of control concepts can be implemented.

How can process reliability be guaranteed?

The standard control system for the heating box provides reliable temperature control in the heating chamber. In the event of overheating, the control system shuts off the energy supply. If the temperature sensor malfunctions, a safety temperature limiter (STB/STL) takes over the shutdown function. This ensures a high level of process reliability at all times.

In addition, the following control mechanisms can be set up, for example, to detect and correct manual operating errors:

Premium control with error history and temperature curves

In the event of faulty margins, the logs can be used to check whether there were errors in the process

Connection of selected sensors to the customer's PLS

for seamless (remote) monitoring

In cases where high control requirements apply, the core temperature can also be measured directly in the individual container. (See Case Study).
