Technical container for hydrogen electrolysers
Selected safety features – individually tailored for you
Fire protection
DENIOS technical containers can meet high fire safety requirements. Even in a simple frame construction with EI 90/EI 120 panels, the stable steel frame construction protects against the spread of fires that start in the container. The REI 90/REI 120-certified double frame construction ensures fire protection on both sides. Different designs can also be combined with each other if only part of the area needs to meet higher safety requirements.
Water protection
Electrical installations are protected from rain, splash water and firefighting water in the technical container. A targeted roof drainage system ensures that water does not accumulate on the roof, but is drained away as quickly as possible. If the technology itself poses a safety risk to water bodies, we provide an integrated liquid-tight spill pallet to ensure compliance with the water resources act . If a fire extinguishing device is required, it will be designed according to your requirements.
Explosion protection
If explosion protection requirements result from your risk assessment, we will provide appropriate Ex-certified components (e.g. lights, switches, fans) when assembling the technical container at our factory. Pressure relief devices, ventilation systems and gas-tight designs may also be part of the requirements. If required, we will certify the suitability for specific Ex zones.
Frost, heat and sound insulation
Protection against heat, cold and temperature fluctuations through thermal insulation and air conditioning or temperature control not only ensures a longer service life for the technology, but also energy-efficient operation. If protection against noise is a priority, specially designed sound insulation materials significantly reduce the volume of noise emitted to the outside. This means that container operation remains inconspicuous even in noise-sensitive environments. We tailor thermal insulation and soundproofing to suit the specific location and requirements.

Interior design
Doors
Different door variants such as single doors, double doors, folding doors or special service doors enable access tailored to requirements and optimum use of space. The position, size and safety features of the doors can be individually adjusted.
Partition walls
Partition walls can be installed to create separate functional areas within the container. This allows, for example, technical rooms, control areas or storage areas to be clearly separated from one another.
Assembly and mounting profiles
Flexibly integrable profiles on walls, ceilings and floors offer versatile options for easily attaching system components, switch cabinets or supply systems. They also facilitate subsequent conversions and expansions.
Double floors
A double floor allows cables, pipes and other supply lines to be concealed. At the same time, it improves thermal and acoustic insulation and makes maintenance easier.
Elevations
Special mounting structures enable flexible installation of machines, units or switch cabinets and facilitate the integration of complex technical systems. They also contribute to optimised use of space.
Spill pallets
Integrated spill pallet can be installed in areas where liquids or chemicals are used. These increase operational safety and comply with legal environmental requirements.
Customised paintwork
The technical container can be individually painted for an attractive appearance and additional protection against the weather. (Note: special effect paints are excluded.) Specific colour specifications, e.g. in corporate design, can also be taken into account.
