- The control section is removed when the tag is attached to a lockout point. The tag may only be removed by the employee in possession of the control section
- After work is completed, the control section is handed over to the responsible supervisor for review so that the lockout/tagout activities in the company can be monitored
- Identical identification numbers are printed on both parts of the tag
- The surface can be written on with permanent markers, ballpoint pens or pencils
- Weather-resistant, so suitable for indoor and outdoor use. Includes nylon cable ties for quick and secure attachment
- Polyester with a thickness of 10.mil (1 mil = 25.4 .m) offers good resistance and allows easy removal of chemicals, grease and dirt (B-851)
- Eyelet in rolled brass (9.5 mm) fits most padlock shackles
- Includes nylon cable ties for quick and secure attachment
