- The surface can be written on with permanent markers, ballpoint pens or pencils
- Weather-resistant, so also suitable for outdoor use
- Eyelet in rolled brass (9.5 mm) fits most padlock shackles
- Includes nylon cable ties for quick and secure attachment
- The control section is removed when the tag is attached to a lockout point. The tag may only be removed by the employee in possession of the control section. Once the work has been completed, the control section is handed over to the responsible supervisor for review so that the lockout/tagout activities in the company can be monitored. Identical identification numbers are printed on both parts of the tag.
