How it works
Safety cabinets equipped with the Real-time Asset Monitoring System allow you to view your stocks and their location 24/7 via a digital portal.
The user-friendly system is extremely easy to use. A specially designed sticker with a chip is placed on all items in your fire safety cabinet(s). The sticker contains a code that must be confirmed in the portal for recognition purposes. The smart cabinet automatically detects and registers which items are placed in or removed from the cabinet via a sensor. This sensor uses RFID technology. RFID (Radio Frequency Identification) technology is able to continuously scan who has opened the cabinet, whether or not an item is present in your cabinet and who has used it. This information can be easily read via the included portal.

Via the portal, you can look up previous changes by person or item. This provides you with a logbook of information. You can manage multiple cabinets in the portal. Because the system automatically registers which products have been placed in or taken from the cabinet, you can easily monitor the total of your various stocks within your organisation.
Access only with personalised access pass
The door of the cabinet equipped with the Real-time Asset Monitoring System can only be opened by holding a personalised access card against the door sensor. This means that only persons in possession of a card can open the cabinet. In addition to providing extra security for the stored substances, this technology also allows you to monitor via the portal which person opened the cabinet at what time and which items they took or placed there. This gives you a 24/7 overview and prevents irresponsible use. It also makes processes safer. With this system, you have real-time insight into whether any (hazardous) goods are missing.

The DENIOS Real-time Asset Monitoring System can be factory-fitted to new safety cabinets. It is also possible to install the system on your existing DENIOS cabinets on site.
The connection to the required data management portal is via a dedicated mobile network and therefore does not require integration into your IT network.
