The container's safety features follow a multi-level protection design that effectively minimises various hazards.
Water protection
Water-tested, hot-dip galvanised 5 mm spill pallet with removable gratings (max. load capacity: 1,000 kg/m²)
Fire protection
Safety distances, EI 90 panels or complete REI 90 / REI 120 certification as a separate fire compartment
Air conditioning
Always ensures the optimal operating temperature of the battery storage system
Detection technology
Includes detectors (e.g. for gas and fire) and alarms (e.g. via signal lights and connection to the process control system)
Pressure relief
Controlled pressure reduction in the event of a gas leak or explosion inside the container
Fire extinguishing systems
Available as a semi-permanent water extinguishing system or automatic aerosol extinguishing system
Technical ventilation
Targeted air exchange to prevent battery gas spreading or heat build-up during summer operation
Fire barriers
Fire-resistant wall bushings for cable systems and pipes or ventilation ducts and channels
