- Connection of the cabinet to a manned control centre (not a fire control centre) is mandatory for 24/7 all-round protection by the customer. An isolated interface is available for activating a signal. If your workspace is unoccupied, the standard isolated switch contacts immediately forward differentiated alarms to a connected control centre. Optionally also available with remote signalling module
- Smoke detectors and two temperature sensors even detect incipient fires and can forward alarms to a control centre at an early stage
- GS-certified fire resistance in accordance with GS test standard EK5/ AK4 22-01. Smoke-tight cabinet design with pressure relief opening in the top section and self-closing, automatically locking doors
- Type-tested fire resistance of 90 minutes (type 90) from outside to inside in accordance with DIN EN 14470-1, fire resistance of 90 minutes from inside to outside in accordance with the DIN EN 1363-1 standard. Successfully tested and certified VDMA 24994:2024-08
- Integrated temperature-controlled ventilation in the head section to prevent heat build-up during the charging process. Switches off automatically in the event of fire. Supplied as standard with pressure relief damper with DN 160 flue gas connection. This provides the option of on-site flue gas extraction
- Insulated shelves, tested propagation safety on every storage level. In the event of a battery fire, the spread of the fire to other batteries is prevented
- Spill pallet to collect any leaks from burning batteries
- The additional 3-point locking system combines convenient operation with the successfully tested security of closed doors in a real fire.
- Easy storage and retrieval, open two cabinet doors at the same time with just one hand. Doors lock in the standard hold-open system, the standard automatic door closing system releases the locked doors after approx. 60 seconds, with an optical and acoustic warning signal before the door closes
- Thanks to the integrated transport base, the cabinet can be evacuated immediately in the event of damage and transported to a safe outdoor location
- We recommend that SafeStore and SmartStore cabinets are delivered free to the place of use as part of the safety concept. We strongly recommend that the cabinets are sited at ground floor-level so that evacuation of the whole cabinet can take place quickly in the event of an incident. In addition we recommend that a maintenance agreement is signed for all SmartStore cabinets
- LED function indicator with visible and audible alarm for rapid detection of an emergency without opening the cabinet doors
- Each storage level is equipped with a high-quality socket board with a metal housing and 8 protected sockets. The socket boards are already fitted to the rear wall of the cabinet
- Optional fire suppression system that triggers automatically in the event of a fire inside the cabinet
