Liquid vacuum cleaners are ideal for suctioning up coolants and lubricants as well as solids. Whether you need them for cleaning up oil, cooling liquids, washing water or surface dirt or for emptying tanks and pits, the fluid vacuum cleaners stocked by DENIOS are useful in a wide range of circumstances. They work to minimise the amount of time required to clean up excess substances and reduce the amount of waste generated by cleaning operations.
Constructed from painted steel, these liquid vacuum cleaners are also suitable for vacuuming up paints, diesels and absorption products. They help lower disposal costs and lessen the need for absorbents. All our liquid hoovers feature four swivel castors to allow for easy manoeuvring of the vacuum cleaner whether it is empty or full.
Safe for use in explosive areas
Powered by compressed air extractors, our wet vacuum cleaners are perfect for use in potentially explosive areas such as Gas Zone 1 and Dust Zone 21. Our Wet Vacuum Cleaner Pumpout and Pumpout EX function by pumping fluids either back or into a disposal container.
Wide range of uses
Ranging in volume from 54L for smaller jobs all the way up to 205L for jobs such as emptying tanks and pits, our selection of compressed air vacuum cleaners such as the ATEX Fluid Suction Device With Pneumatic Actuator and 54 Litre Mobile Painted Steel Container and the ATEX Fluid Suction Device With Pneumatic Actuator and 205 Litre Mobile Painted Steel Container are suitable for a broad range of applications.
Neither of our Pumpout models features any moving parts, making them maintenance-free products. Both models are ideal for use in combination with oil tape skimmers. Special adaptation kits are available for use with all steel drums that feature a 2” fine thread for emptying tanks and sumps and capturing escaping fluids. These liquid vacuum cleaners are only appropriate for use with liquids with a flashpoint over 55 degrees Celsius.
As our wet vacuum cleaners allow for the pickup and reuse of clean fluids from tanks and machinery, they help reduce the volume of liquids that might otherwise go to waste once the cleaning operation or repair is complete. These fluid vacuum cleaners also serve to reduce the number of absorbents required for use, thereby decreasing the volume of waste generated.
