- The control section is removed when the tag is attached to a lockout point. The tag may only be removed by the employee in possession of the control section

- The surface can be written on with permanent markers, ballpoint pens or pencils
- Polyester with a thickness of 10mil (1 mil = 25.4 m) offers good resistance and allows easy removal of chemicals, grease and dirt (B-851)
- Eyelet in rolled brass (9.5 mm) fits most padlock shackles
- Includes nylon cable ties for quick and secure attachment
